Many people stick with one haircut that works great for them for a number of years. Other people tend to change their hairstyle like they change their clothes. If you are the latter person there are some great style trends that you can follow right now.

The first trend is the cropped bob. This look is low maintenance but is also on the extreme side and should only be worn by those who ooze confidence. It's not quite a pixie cut or a bob but is short all over with heavily shortened blunt cut fringe. With this look all you have to do is wash, blow dry with a round brush, spritz with hair spray and go.

Next, there is the pixie crop. The pixie crop is a look that is as short as can be without have a buzz. This low maintenance hair style is perfect for busy women, moms and gals who want something a little different from the bob. To mix it up a little bit have your stylist cut a few fringe style bangs. Play with different texturizing sprays and waxes to add even more dimension.

Then there is the real bob, the most popular of the short cuts. If the cropped bob or the pixies are too extreme for you then this look will be perfect. This look can either be chin length or should length based off the look you are going for. Also, based on your face shape you can do a flipped bob, a layered bob or a straight bob.

Finally, if you aren't going for a short look this season, no fears, long cuts are still in too. To mix up your long style try a center part, off center chignons, ponytails and up-do's, long and flowing mermaid waves, straight and sleek, body with waves or sculpted.
